REMARKABLE & VERY UNUSUAL PETITE INTACT POSTAL CARD Signed/Expertised *Jamat* at lower right. Written contents on reverse dated 30th? October 1870. Postmarked Paris CDS for 29th November 1870. Very clear probably indicating message was slightly mis-dated. Probably carried by the Balloon "FULTON" on 2/11/1870. Overall VERY FINE for an item of this type & period.
