FINE STRIKES OF THE VERY SCARCE *OXO* DUMB NUMERAL on large part cover. Essentially a front with the added benefit of a flap displaying a very fine *POST OFFICE/BRITISH ARMY* CDS in red for 3rd December 1855. One stamp with trace of corner bend otherwise stamps are Very Fine. Overall Very Good for an item of this type & period. Please look at all the scans to help form your own opinion.
