Original letter content (Prize Application) removed as usual but EXTREMELY RARE being from the Wife (Widow?) of a SOLDIER (Patrick Rourke) having SERVED IN THE PERSIAN GULF. Couple of closed tears with traditional stamp hinges otherwise unusually Fine for an item of this type & period ex East India House. Please look at all the scans to help form your own opinion.
