FOUR MARGIN 1d Black Plate 5 with CONSTANT VARIETY** "dot below and close of SE square". Fine strike of the scarce *TICKHILL* Undated Circle nicely placed on address panel. Clean ENTIRE LETTER footed "Tickhill 24th Sep 1840". Typical filing creases, one close but entirely clear of postage stamp. Stamp tied by red BAWTRY Maltese Cross.
