SPECTACULAR ERROR IN BLOCK OF FOUR. Scott.62a, SG.60a. SUPERB very clear complete DOUBLE OVERPRINT ERROR/VARIETY in a very well-centred block of four. Surcharge is COMPLETELY DOUBLED on all four impressions. Previously with single hinge in centre on reverse. RARE IN BLOCK FORMAT. Note* gum is tropicalised and flat on reverse, otherwise Very Fine for an item of this type & period. Please look at all the scans to help form your own opinion.
